Ashley Faison-Maddox is an innovative thought leader, public speaker, and civil servant who has been a devoted advocate in the anti-trafficking movement. She trains law enforcement across California and brings her lived experience as a survivor of human trafficking as one perspective of many this crime has affected. Any given day, you can find Ashley empowering women to walk in their God-given gifts and find their joy. She is an active participant in coalitions and legislative efforts fighting to end trafficking. Ashley is the Founder & CEO at Diamond Collective, a 501(c)3 that envisions a world where survivors of human trafficking flourish with confidence, connection, and community. In 2025, Ashley was appointed as a Commissioner on the Sacramento County Commission on the Status of Women and Girls. She is the Regional Engagement Specialist for the West at the Sex Trade Survivor Caucus. She also serves on the Love Never Fails AI Advocate Panel, and Ethics Committee for Survivor Led Solutions. Previously, she has served on the Survivor Advisory Board at 3Strands Global Foundation, as an Executive Assistant for Bridget’s Dream, and volunteer for City of Refuge Sacramento.
